This agreement outlines the terms and conditions that apply to the educational, training and consultancy services I offer, and is meant to ensure clarity and transparency between us at all times. My commitment is to deliver high-quality experiences tailored to your (school’s) unique needs and objectives.
I have taken great care in drafting this Service Agreement to cover all essential aspects of the services I provide. Should unforeseen circumstances or additional considerations arise in the future, I reserve the right to amend these terms. My priority is delivering the best service and addressing evolving needs transparently and professionally.

Part 1: Duration of Services
The duration of the educational services provided by Criss GM will be determined based on the agreement reached between the client and Criss GM. While standard academic years are typical (September/October to June/July), flexibility is offered in order to accommodate your specific needs and preferences.
Part 2: Course Structure and Composition
The structure and composition of each course or educational service will be tailored to meet your unique requirements and objectives. This includes the length of sessions, the use and duration of self-paced components, and the overall course length. Details will be discussed and agreed upon during the intake meeting and as the need arises.
Part 3: Attendance and Make-Up Sessions
Regular and active attendance is crucial for the successful achievement of your learning goals, as is the completion of any self-paced or individual work assigned to you. It is expected that students make their best effort to attend all scheduled sessions. Any concerns regarding attendance will be addressed in a timely manner.
In cases where a session is missed, the teacher will make every effort to provide make-up sessions, if possible. However, this is generally an unlikely option and no guarantees are made regarding the availability of make-up sessions.
Part 4: Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 All cancellations need to be announced at least 24h in advance. In the case of no or not enough notive, the full weekly fee is forfeited.

4.2 For uncompleted sessions cancelled with due notice (min. 24h), the payment will be rolled over to the next course month or refunded. If a session is cancelled with insufficient or no notice, full payment for the session will be required. Refunds will be issues within 15 business days.
4.3 In case of discrepancies due to the above or any other reasons, adjustments will be made to the next invoice. If there is no next invoice, a refund will be issued. Refunds will be issued within 15 business days.
4.4 Due to the nature of Criss GM’s on-demand personalized learning model, refunds are not available for self-paced content.

I strive to maintain a learning environment that is inclusive, supportive, and respectful. My expectations for student and teacher behavior during lessons include:

Your feedback is very important to me, and you are encouraged to provide it at any time. You can share your feedback through various channels, including WhatsApp, email, or any feedback collection forms or services I might occasionally share. All feedback will be kept confidential and used for the sole purpose of improving services.

The duration of the training and mentoring services provided by Criss GM will be determined based on the agreement reached with the client. The services can be either one-time, within a scheduled time frame, or an ongoing basis.
Part 2: Service Details
The specific components and focus of the training and mentoring services will be customized to meet the client's unique needs and goals, in consultation with all relevant parties. Details will be discussed and agreed upon during the initial consultation.
Part 3: Attendance and Participation
3.1 Active participation in training and mentoring sessions is essential. Should unforeseen circumstances arise, the following considerations apply:
Training Sessions: Session materials and slides will be shared with all participants, whether they present or not. Participants are strongly encouraged to attend all sessions to get the full benefit of the training programme.
1:1 Services: Scheduling conflicts can happen. While efforts will be made to reschedule missed 1:1 sessions, availability cannot be guaranteed. An early notification is preferable in cases where rescheduling is needed.
3.2 Regarding repeated absences, I reserve the right to discuss attendance concerns with all relevant parties and explore potential solutions to ensure the best learning experience for all. I believe in open communication and understanding my clients' needs.
Part 4: Refund Policy
4.1 For sessions cancelled with due notice (see below), the payment will be rolled over to the next invoice or refunded. If a session is canceled with insufficient or no notice, full payment for the session will be required.

2.2 The manner in which these services are delivered will be flexible, catering to the preferences and requirements of the client. This includes the choice of communication channels, whether it be live meetings, email correspondence, or other suitable means.
Part 3: Attendance and Cancellation Policy
3.1 All involved parties are expected to actively engage in the educational consultancy process to maximize the benefits. Cancellation of scheduled meetings should be made with a minimum notice of 48 hours. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the forfeiture of the session without a refund.
3.2 Rescheduling is possible with sufficient notice, although availability for rescheduling is not guaranteed.

Refunds for educational consultancy services are generally not available due to the highly personalized and tailored nature of these services. However, exceptions may be considered for extraordinary circumstances, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be issued within 15 business days.
